Self Worth Jumpstart™ – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and participation in the Self Worth Jumpstart™ coaching session provided by Vivace Maxvictor LLC, doing business as Self Worth Revolution™ (“Company,” “we,” “us”).
By booking and paying for a session, you confirm that you are a new client and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Services
You are engaging us to provide one (1) 60-minute, one-on-one coaching session, conducted by telephone, focused on personal and/or professional development (“Services”).
This offer is available to new clients only.
The Services are limited to a single session.
2. Pricing & Payment (NEW CLIENTS ONLY)
The following pricing applies exclusively to new clients:
- Weekday Session (Monday–Friday): $525 USD
- Saturday Session – Limited Availability: $700 USD
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Billing begins at the scheduled start time of the session.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
3. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations
- All sessions must be scheduled through Calendly.
- This sessions must be used within 45 days of purchase. No extensions.
- To reschedule or cancel a session, you must provide at least two (2) business days’ prior notice.
- Business days are Monday through Friday ( 7am-5pm)
Example:
If your session is scheduled for Monday at 8:00 AM, notice must be provided by Thursday at 8:00 AM. - Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of the session.
4. No Refunds / Non-Transferable
- All sales are final. No refunds.
- Sessions are non-transferable and may not be reassigned to another person.
- Missed sessions without 2 Business Day notice are forfeited.
5. Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
- We do not provide psychological, psychiatric, medical, legal, financial, or investment advice.
- No outcomes or results are promised or guaranteed.
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
6. Confidentiality
We will treat information you share during your session as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to enforce these Terms.
You agree not to disclose confidential information about us, our business, or our proprietary methods without prior written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, concepts, and methods shared during the session remain the exclusive intellectual property of Vivace Maxvictor LLC.
Payment does not grant you any ownership rights or license to reproduce, distribute, or teach these materials.
8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate sessions, or decline future bookings at our sole discretion.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York.
10. Acceptance
By booking and paying for a Self Worth Jumpstart™ session, you confirm that:
- You are a new client, and
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
